Flash drive isnt being found bootable

I and trying to do a clean install of windows 7 on my old computer and i got the ISO and used Microsoft windows 7USB bootable device thing and once that was completed when i put it into the other computer and change the boot option to only choose usb HDD i get " internal hard disk drive not found to resolve this issue try to reseat drive. no bootable devices"
