Net drive storage tracking app?

Does anyone know of a program that can track the net change in storage in folders? or I guess net read/write of a process would work, like a graph version of the "Disks" tab in resource monitor. i.e. if a bunch of stuff is being downloaded to a folder you can see "Folder abcd" has gained 850 MB in the past hour or something? Some program is downloading/generating files and taking up a bunch of space and I cant find where it's putting it.

Nope, that looks like it's just a S.M.A.R.T. drive checker, useful but not what I need

I need to see where space is going at the folder level; I can see what programs are reading and writing, but I need to see what is writing slightly more than it is reading.
