Roccat Kone XTD issue

I made  2 profiles ,one for windows (which switches to itself when im in windows) and the other one for when im in dota(also switches to itself when in dota) and since today the profile for dota doesnt switch when i start dota and i dont know how to fix it ,tried resetting to factory default but it doesnt work. Sorry if its posted on the wrong section.
