Win10 programs Startup Bug, Need Help

I dropped my RealTemp shortcut in the correct folder.. C:\Users\Dabasepc\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

 

when i reboot the app doesn't seem to start, i have to manually click the icon? need help please
