How do I upgrade?

How do I upgrade to win 10? I already have win 7 home premium with all my files and stuff on it and I'm worried that i may screw it up. Please help me.

My Build: Phoenix

Processor: Intel i7 4770k, Motherboard: Asus Z97-P RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 16GB GPU: MSI GTX 1050TI OC Case: Corsair ICUE 4000X, Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB + 500GB + 2TB HDD PSU: Corsair RM750, Cooling: Corsair H100i Capellix,

I only have a 16 gig USB drive...

You can only upgrade, without doing clean install, but it is still risky and it is recommended to do a clean install anyway, if you can't fit all your important stuff on the USB borrow external HDD from a friend if you can (or buy one, those things are pretty handy) or if you have fast internet use cloud storage.

Then only put ur documents etc on it
