Windows 10 Mouse Acceleration

Anybody else having mouse problems? I have the speed set to 6/11 and I applied the MarkC acceleration fix. Even though the mouse movement recorder is reading 1:1 mouse movements I feel like something is still totally off.

I'm not really sure what else I can do.
