I plan on playing GTA 5, csgo, Rocket League, fallout 4. I'm not going to use rebates. I need windows from a retailer and a monitor. My absolute maximum is 1250, but if I don't need to spend that much I'd like to save more (obviously). I'd also like an R5 In it. Let me know if I left anything out.

I tried my best to get a 980ti in there, having said that, Let me work in a good one more balanced, because a 980ti is totally not necessary at your budget.

This would allow you to upgrade to SLI 970s in the future if you needed more power. Also this is assuming you aren't planning on overclocking. 144Hz monitor and I picked Windows 8.1 because it was the cheapest OS on pcpartpicker at the moment.

I'd stay away from that ssd. Everything else seems good, but op said he wanted maybe an r5
