Hello,everybody.

So I just bought a new computer(Windows 7 Professional). Long Story Short I got an error when starting a game saying that I was missing a d3x9.dll file.I searched it,downloaded it and pasted it in my System32.I tried to run the game again but this time I got this error:The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).Click OK to close the application.I tried everything : sfc scan, updating my graphics driver, downloading all windows updates, reinstalling the game.I think I messed  up my system32 and syswow64 folders . What should I do and how can I fix this?
