.net Install Problems

Hi

 

I bought 2 Lamia T-1001 tablets to have at work. As an cheap way to let my coworkers program things on the fly. 

 

Now i have a problem. The software i use requires .net framework 3,5 and i cant seem to get it to install.

 

Error: 0x800F0906 when i try to install

 

i have tried all the things i have found.

 

1:  trying to use a offline installer (did the same thing as a normal web install)

2: tried installing with a program that pulls the .net from a windows iso. that didn't work

3. i have tried to install in from the "turn Windows features on or off" menu. same outcome.

4. i tried to uninstall some updates that interfered with .net 3.5 but i cant uninstall updated for some reason.

5. i read somewhere that group policy had something to do with it aswell but i cant get in to that menu.

 

 

So do anyone have any ides on what to do?

Ita built into modern windows... No need to install anything..

Yep! You can't install .net on Windows 8/8.1, as it's integrated into the OS!

Well how come you can install it from "turn of Windows features" menu? Or am I wrong?
