MSI RMA

so I RMA'd my motherboard but it has been 3 days since they recieved the package. no word from them..

I'm a little worried they recieved the package and chucked it away somewhere. this happens often? how long before you heard from MSI after your RMA?

 

I also RMA'd some ram to newegg at the same time, and they have already shipped the new ram to me. sent me an email with tracking info and everything. nothing from MSI yet tho. I called them and they said they haven't received the package yet (clearly they have, tracking number says so) but the guy on the line told me it might take upto 4 days for them to 'process' the package. whatever that means :'(
