Is the MSI 970A-G43 AMD 970 ATX Motherboard good for the AMD FX6300 because my CPU kept getting very hot (up to 74 degrees C) and people on the forum said that it may be because my old mobo works better with older models of the CPU and this is why the CPU gets very hot.

AMD CPUs usually run pretty hot (especially on a stock cooler). And I don't know exactly how AMD CPUs work, but your motherboard shouldn't be contributing that much to CPU temps.
