Hello there, my name is Mao

I AM NOT VERY GOOD IN THE NET WORK DEPARTMENT ... HELPPP!!!

At the office I currently work at, The internet is slow, but worst of all it likes to disconnect.

There are 7 Mac Minis and 6 MacBook Airs, all running on 1 connection of wifi.

Apparently, one of the staff members has proposed to try and get a new router. However, the Boss said that another Line should solve the problem.

I think that a new router with tri-band (5.0hz) would be beneficial.

However, we are moving to a new place soon where everyone is still running of wifi, but in different rooms ...

that being said, none of them want to utilize the hardline that will be done throughout the rooms (except for me LOL)

What is the best solution for each room to recieve wifi ... but from 1 router?

btw: can you connect a router to a hardline point?

NOTE: think of a vertical hall was and there are rooms on its sides ... the rooms are on the left and right of the hall way

Please make it so that everyone can get their share of wifi!

I am a ... NVIDIA FANBOY!

Use wired either net for the Mac minis and use wifi for the laptops.

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.
