PCI simple communications driver missing?

I've been trying to find the proper driver for this pci thing. my specs are  ASUS Maximus Gene VI mobo and Intel i5 CPU. I've gone on ASUS's website and downloaded the Intel Management Engine driver that should take care of the problem, but when i extract the zip file there's only 2 files in there and my PC cant open or run either of them. they are MD5 and RAR files. Do i need to download a separate program to open these or do some crazy voodo magic?
