Just brought this router, previously had a HG635.

I have a few questions, tried their customer support, but they didn't really help me.

 

1) I would like to open up port 7 or 9 for Wake on WAN, I have followed this guide: http://www.howtogeek.com/192642/how-to-remotely-turn-on-your-pc-over-the-internet/

 

I would like to use the TeamViewer or Port Forwarding to achieve this. I was unable to put 192.168.0.255 in the IP Address of the virtual server, as it will not allow me due to not being in the subnet mask. How would I unlock this port, so that I can turn my PC on remotely?

 

 

2) What is the Port Mapping feature? and what is its uses?
