Razer Peripherals Modifier Keys HELP

Hello peeps, I need help setting up some "modifier key compos". First of all I'm using a Razer deathadder and blackwidow tournament edition. What I'm basically trying to achieve is: When I press shift+right click, another keyboard key is activated or a macro e.g. "shift+right click" ----> "E". Is that even possible with Synapse? If not is there any other way?
