I would get a 380 as it has better performance.

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

I3 4150, Intel HD graphics, corsair CX750M, 4gb ram, Asus H81M-E, corsair 230T, Intel stock cooler WD Green 2TB Gigabyte 550TI

Why you shouldn't trust Gpu or Cpu boss Click on this I dare you!

well if you want good gaming performance you will probably have to over clock meaning get a Z97 motherboard but it still might bottleneck the gpu which is very bad

A Z97 isn't compatible with an I5 2500K.

I think im gonna stick with the 960 because if i need more power ill just get another one and run SLI

The 280X/380 has better performance.

If he got a Z97 board, he'd have to change the motherboard. The Z77 can overclock as well. And the CPU will not bottleneck the GPU, even at stock speeds.

I'm honestly not planning to OC unless the performance isn't great but you say that at stock speeds it won't bottleneck ?

http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-R9-280X-vs-GeForce-GTX-960

Just saw this with the reference 280x and 960. The Gigabyte one is superclocked tho so should bring better performance ????

gpuboss is full of BS

they gave the 290 same score as a 770, while in reality 290 destroys a 770
