Hey, don't know how to intro this, had to write this twice, so let's just get into this. :)

Recently I've tried to install Mac OS X and Windows on the same SSD, but something in between them won't work on the same drive. So, my insanity kicked in and said: "Why not just try this 7 times?"... in the end, it didn't work. I have two questions: 1: How do I remove these annoying Windows Boot Manager boot options in the BIOS or Windows. post-133831-0-86492700-1437273253_thumb.

and Two: If anyone has any first hand experience in installing Mac OS X and Windows on the same drive. Thanks in advance!

@kevinruan26

Start > Run > MSCONFIG. Go to the Boot tab and you will see all your current boot managers, you will notice that one of them lists (Current OS; Default OS)... DONT delete that one but you can delete all others using the delete button.
