dual user rendering machine

Hello, i was wondering if there is any way i could setup a pc so that i could send video files to it to render and also have give my freind access to the pc aswhile. I don't want to spend the money on server rack, and i would like it to run windows so i could use it as a second gaming pc too. Any help would be great :)
