90 series board (H97, Z97) will all be able to run that CPU without worry since the were released at the same time. No bios update necessary.

 

I am going with the Asrock Fatal1ty H97 Performance,

it has all the FAN headers I need, PCI slots for a crossfire if I get a second videocard.

I don't mind the extra buck for it, I find the motherboard really important for future upgrades.

 

What do you guys think?
