Stripped screws :/

Guest
Go to solution Solved by Guest,

id try the epoxy trick, how bad is the screw stripped? like just a little on the screw head or are all the aligning +s gone? try using a flat head bit at an angle. sometimes works for me. that dont work epoxy trick and if that dont work then idk. not sure if it voids the warranty doing that

It's stripped pretty badly. Warranty is already void lol.

can drill screws out...

That's what I did on my Ti. There was one pesky screw that I stripped beyond oblivion while preparing to water cool it, I carefully drilled out the screw and was good to go.

So much for that (for me). My parents are being really retarded. They are saying that I cannot even take the cooler apart and cut the thread out. If I even say the word "drill," swear they'll ban my hands from the GPU.
