Home NAS also offsite backup?

Hi all!

 

I am thinking of buying a WD NAS for home to use for storing pictures, movies and the usual NAS stuff. But would also like to use it to backup a folder at my office. Family business and no sever yet :'(

 

Creating a VPN to my office so that the NAS can be detected there and telling the NAS to backup a certain folder at night. The computer is on 24/5. It wont however be logged in when it is left. I believe the WD NAS has a backup software that has to be installed but the machine wont be logged on to, so no idea how it will access it?

 

Is this possible through a NAS?

 

Any other suggestions???
