Reduce frame time in Guild wars 2.

Hi all,

 

I am wondering if there is a way to reduce the frame time in Guild Wars 2. As far as I can tell it seems to have high frame times no matter what hardware or settings is used/changed, but I am wondering if there is something I am missing that can be used to reduce this?
