need new ram

i want to upgrade my ram from 8gb to 16gb (i do video editing) but i dont know what to get... my pc have a side window so i want to look nice inside however i dont feel like this worth it to pay for the extra lights.... what ram kit should i so for.

i love the corsair dominator platinum and i can get 16gb for £115... is it worth it tho

Im confused? As for the RAM, check your current sticks to see what brand they are. If you can identify them then it is best to get 8 gbs more of that stick.

Avexir Core ram looks good. Its cheap and it has flashing lights. (lol "i dont feel like this worth it to pay for the extra lights")

Honestly brand names don't matter. Find RAM with good timings and frequencies and figure out which ones you want. Some RAM is more expensive than it is worth because of looks. I own dominators myself and they were so expensive.
