Hello I am onyx and I live in the united states, I am obsessed with building the most OVERKILL ITX build for video editing, gaming and streaming on the same PC.

I might go with a multi monitor setup later but for now my MAX budget is around 3000$ USD.

Here are the main things I am not changing, the case and the power supply brand, other than that I am taking suggestions.

Why the cooler master 915 stacker?

Because it allows for a full size CPU cooler, VGA card, power supply, 6 fans and an optical drive bay, most ITX cases are annoying aluminum boxes that are overpriced.

Why Seasonic?

I have been using them for many years and not a single one has failed on me so far, cant say the same about others really.

Why mini ITX?

Small form factor for maximum convenience.

 

Looking for suggestions on RAM, HDD's, and ASRock as a mobo manufacturer. If you want to make a new build entirely because you think this is the worst idea in the world than by all means go ahead.

ASRock is fine, the UEFI is kinda cheap in my experience.

better mobo choices in the mATX form factor. 5960x is a waste of money. Games prefer faster cores, over more cores. You won't notice a diff with 8-cores vs 6-cores. Take a hit on your e-peen and get a better monitor, like the XB270HU

also the asrock board uses a "LGA2011-3 narrow" socket. Means you'll have a helluva hard time finding a decent cpu cooler for it

OH WOW, I didn't even notice there was an M.2 slot on this mobo, thanks. This looks somewhat better, but there doesnt seem to be a good selection of 2011-3 Narrow CPU coolers.

That is why I used the one provided with the motherboard. Noctua has a couple of models but I have not had time to research them.
