I have a littler problem

The audio of my computer is perfect, but when I plug my headphones in front and I have not any program or any open audio, a noise come´s to the headphones and are know what is it??

normally should not hear anything, but it sounds like a vacuum and when you move the mouse you listen too

Does moving the mouse to another usb port have any effect?  Specifically one on another stack on the back of the motherboard.

not only the mouse, without touching anything  u hear it

List the specs of your computer build. Did you install a graphics or sound card recently?

oh, you just need to get the front panel connector away from your hard drives and fans.  That'll help anyways.
