Will this all work ok fit together and what not?

What are the Noctua fans for?

 

Ripjaws 4 modules are 40mm tall. The outside fan of the NH-D15 mounted in its nominal position allows for 32mm memory modules under it. The fan can be moved up. You might want to consider the NH-U14S cooler instead. It is designed for full memory compatibility with LGA2011 sockets.
