Help building, picking parts

Hello everyone, my name is Dave and I am from Toronto. i am planning on building my first pc but i need some help. I have done a bit of research into parts and what not but would like your opinions. My price is 1800 max including tax (lower the better). This build will be used for gaming and in CAD.

 

I would like a full to mid tower.

Silent fans/cases suit me better.

Prefer at least a gtx 970.

250 gb ssd.

Also need a monitor.
