Need Help With Some Skyrim Mods

I have 2 problems, and they are as follows.

 

1. I'm having trouble with Climates of Tamriel.

When I previously used this mod, all went well with the darker nights option. Then I tried to install Realvision and the dark nights stopped working. So I uninstalled it, ELFX, and CoT itself, reinstalled CoT, ran LOOT and played the game. I tried everything I could, but nothing, NOTHING would work. Also, sometimes it would work for a tiny bit after waiting till night time, it becomes dark then returns to the vanilla lighting. (you can see it here: http://puu.sh/iGwJc/f50f19c455.gif)

 

 

2. I want to get rid of this annoying text on Realvision ENB.

Now I successfully installed Realvision, although the darker nights on CoT still doesn't work. In the beginning, It told me to edit "bFloatPointRenderTarget" in the SkyrimPrefs.ini file. I changed it to bFloatPointRenderTarget=1 instead of =0. Skyrim lagged after this, so I reverted to bFloatPointRenderTarget=0, and the game ran smoothly. But now there is an annoying red text telling me that there's an error in the ini file and I have to make the bFloat  bla bla to =1.

 

EDIT: To solve problem 2 I just deleted the entire line.
