Back up software?

Greeting,

 

I'm looking for a tool that would create a backup of hard drive. Some kind of imaging.

 

I'm gonna try to dual boot Linux along with my present windows. So I want to have something I can reverse in case things happen.

 

Windows backup image does not work in my case, they only offer all drives backup and I don't have enough storage.

 

Preferably freeware, open source, work well with SSD.

I use Acronis, I'm not quite sure about alternatives but it delivers the most basic features for free.
