Micro ATX is a physically smaller board. It will still work with your system. 

 

Micro ATX boards can look a little dopey inside of full tower cases though.

I'd get a full ATX board with that case. You'll get so much more room and expansion with a Full ATX board.

I recommend getting motherboards from MSI and Gigabyte.

Micro ATX is a different Mobo Form Factor ther is HPTX, ATX, E-ATX. XL-ATX, SSI EEB, Mini ITX, Micro ATX
