what dose the the Micro ATX mean and will this work with my setup of do i need the regular ATX board.

I'd get a full ATX board with that case. You'll get so much more room and expansion with a Full ATX board.

I recommend getting motherboards from MSI and Gigabyte.

Micro ATX is a physically smaller board. It will still work with your system. 

 

Micro ATX boards can look a little dopey inside of full tower cases though.

I would get this as its cheaper and better.
