Best networking card/adapter

I'm in need of a networking card to throw in my gaming pc since it will probably be easier than running a wire. 

 

I'd like something that's extremely reliable (so I'm thinking PCIE) and something that supports AC wireless would be nice (although probably not necessary other than in an attempt to get all my devices over to AC).

 

I have no real budget in mind, but the cheaper the better.

For cheap AC the Intel 7260HMWDTX1 is pretty great.
