Silverstone sg13 Compatibility Issues

As the title suggests, I was wondering if a 3.5 hdd would fit with an h80i cooler in the sg13. If not, what water cooler would fit with the drive? I need to be able to fit a 3.5 hdd and would like to be able to overclock a 4690k to about 4.4. Thanks for any insight.
