Help ( Upgrade mobo + Cpu )

Hey guys ,

 

Last time i already post like this but i still worried if my PSU cant handle it. So i want to post it one more and this is my current spec

 

 

spec : Mobo : pcp+ baby ultra raptor ( wtf this mobo is very2 old , so dont blame )

         : GPU : MSI GTX 660 Twin frozr 2gb

         :  PSU :thermaltake 450 watt

        : Memory : 2x2gb Team elite

        : cpu : AMD Athlon II x2 240processor ( 2 cpus ) , 2.8GHz

 

budget only 130$ - 150$ ( only for mobo + cpu )

 

I want to play game like mortal kombat x , gta v , battle field 4 , etc

ooh another think that i want to say , should i upgrade my pc or buying a new keyboard ? like ducky shine 4

but i dont have any case for micro atx mobo X_X
