WIFI connection issue

Hey everyone,

 

I have been having issues with my WIFI for a few days now and I was just wondering if any of you could help me figure out the problem. 

 

We had AT&T come and look at what was up because our internet kept crashing. After the guy tried a few things he got to the bottom of things or so it seemed. He changed out the old router because it was not compatible with the box outside and we changed the password for the WIFI right away. it seemed like all was fixed, but later after he left the only thing that worked was using ethernet. When I try to connect VIA WIFI the router's WIFI LED flashes like it is searching then just stops and our password is rejected. Anyone have any ideas?
