Top 120mm is totaly pointless. also bottom. not worth for the cost/noise. you wont see any temperature difference.

The case I shall be using: Fractal Design Define S  ( https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/fractal-design-case-fdcadefsbkw )

Here's my problem: I have no idea what kind of fans or where I should put them, I have been recommended by my friend to use corsairs SP and AF 120/140mm fans and as they look amazing 

and so the attached file has a image showing on where I think I will put the fans but i need to know if that's good or if i should have more SP or AF in certain places or what ?

and if you do recommend please don't care about budget.

i 2nd this. Also better fans are bequiet, Noctua, cougar, Apache viper, noise blockers, Scythe.
