It's ebay so pretty much buy it at your own risk. 

 

But I do think it's not legit though just my hunch, but the reviews and ratings could still point to the postive side.

The feedback is good, but personally I'd never buy anything from outside the UK. That makes you wholly dependent upon PayPal protection, and gives you no protection under consumer protection law.
