Why will Minecraft freeze?

When I play Minecraft I get lots of FPS up to 100.

Later on it freezes and then goes even though I have lots of FPS. This happens when I play on mineplex and others.

Don't post twice, but maybe HDD issue.?

You might want to give more information there.

How long does the game freeze?

What are your specifications?

Are you running the latest version of Minecraft?
