Just a simple question from my friend that I don't found on google.

Does any 80 plus power supplies are able to do overclocking?

My friend bought Enlight 600w PSU and he does not have any plan for overclocking until he saw me do that with mine. The thing is, neither of us know if the psu is capable for doing that.

If he have the wattage to spare, sure. I have never heard about Enlight PSU's though, so I don't know if it will blow up.

Edit: Correct me if I'm wrong, but is Enlight an OEM from Singapore?

Any PSU is capable of OC'ing. It just depends whether it's a good quality brand one or not to supply the power. You want a good PSU to be able to handle the increase wattage needed for the OC and be able to provide that power efficiently and stable. If you get a cheap PSU (Non branded) it might not provide the actual wattage and the power delivery might be unstable.
