Going to wipe pc, please help.

Hi, my Pc is working funny and i think i messed up a bit too much with the overall config, so i want to erase everything and start again with windows 8.1 (still using Win 7) but there are some things that still annoy me a bit:

 

1.- Perhaps, the most important is my bokmarks, i have way too many, and i don't really want to loose any of them, they're mostly 9Gag and MangaHere stuff so, making a list seems too hard to do, does anybody know where does Opera save bookmarks, or an easy way to mevo them?

 

2.- Skyrim, i have very long saves in there, so it would be a real disgrace i i f*cked up everythind i have done in it, i have it installed in a secondary partition along with nexus modmanager, but i'm afraid changing my OS would mess with it, any advices?

 

Most of the rest of stuff is all covered now, so as soon as i solve this 2 things i'll be ready to upgrade and ask for help when something acts wierd

1) Almost every modern browser has a bookmark sync feature. Google syncs go your google acc, firefox probably does with an account signup, etc.

 

2) It wouldn't delete your saves, unless they are saved in My Documents, which is a usual default location programmers choose.

 

Google where the game saves are located, and back them up.
