Ok so one of my friends has a PC and he's trying to play dota, but the new client ( i guess) makes his game run like crap. Now, he's asking me to give him suggestions on how to upgrade. What he has:

AMD phenom 9750

4 gb of ram

and a gtx 520

Obviously the graphics needs to get upgraded, but what else for as little money as possible. Any help is great. Thx <3

A used video card from reddit.com/r/hardwareswap would be good, you can get a lot of nice cards for under $100 :)

Like 7850, 7870, 7950, 7970......

^^^^^ You can also get a GTX 670 for around $100, any of these would slay DOTA 2 :)
