Re-format a usb drive

Hi!

 

while formating my usb key, somthing in my computer failed, now the 8gb drive is detected as 509mb, what to do?

(Assuming you're on windows) Part of this tutorial on using Diskpart includes cleaning the partitions. You might have to do the complete process twice, but it'll display the full size afterwards.
