How many Watts I need for this build?

FX6300 3.5 Ghz Six cores
2 RAM memories.
WD blue 500 GB
Blue leds (12v)
2 fans (With leds too) and the CPU fan
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2
Led thermometer on.
3 adittional USB  ports

1 optical drive.

R9 280x

I'm asking this because I tried some Watts calculators and each calculator gives me a different result.

Oh. Sorry... R9 280x

I'd just get a EVGA 600B and call it a day. It would be enough and you should be able to find them for decent deals.

A PSU in the 500 watt - 600 watt will be enough. Just make sure it's from a reputable brand such as Corsair, EVGA, Seasonic, XFX etc and that it's at least 80+ Bronze rated.

Joking aside, a 600-650w 80+ gold will be good as long as you don't plan to X-fire, at which point you'd want a 750w. Just make sure you get one from a reputable brand.

For 5 bucks more then a 600B you can get a 750B2, which is worth more then the $5 increase for quality alone, since it's based off a much higher quality Super Flower platform then the HEC-made 600B. On top of that you get 150 watts more, and it's semi-modular. No reason to buy a 600B at this point.
