but that is for actually hosting the server, what would be the system requirements just for accessing the server?

If the client interface is web based, then anything that can handle web browsing properly should be able to access it...

 

if there is a client program, try contacting the developers...

Gigabit LAN would be for the server but for the clients, a 5Mbps down and 512kbps up connection should be good enough (but not ideal)...

 

Any device with a stable network connection and an up to date web browser should be able to do it... if the client interface is web based,..

Try talking with the developers to be completely sure... their website does not provide enough details for me to be completely sure...

Yeah, they really dont... im trying to build a pc for my parents and they use this at work and want to access it at home... so yeah...
