Kindle + Good Camera = ?

So as the title suggests, I am actually looking for a tablet to use for my educational degree. I want to be able to record the sessions(hence good quality cameras, 5MP is enough I suppose), write notes(mostly use an adonit stylus or something alike) and has good screen for reading some ebooks(like the kindle). Would be great if I could access my itunes library as well, but thats not that important.

My eyes are currently on the Dell Venue 8 Pro, but I'm waiting for windows 10 to be released and see what kind of tablets are released along with pre-installed windows 10.

Couple of things, I live in India, so the prices will vary, but price similar to the Venue 8 Pro is around my budget. And also, Im just looking for a tablet with wifi only capabilities. Dont want any cellular network.

I'd consider the Surface 2 or Surface 3. The Surface Pen might come in handy to you. Or some of the Galaxy Tabs that come with Pens (10.1 I think?)

The surface 3 is way way way way above the budget. Although it wud be good to have, but its not going to fit. Same goes with the galaxy tab 10.1, its good, but I would prefer to get the ipad air 2 over it.
