how to know is the power supply is failing?

Recently i bought a new power supply : seasonic X-series 750w and after 1 month of use, i got a random black screen for 2 seconds and sometimes even the keyboard and mouse have no signal for few seconds and it got signal again...

I donno what is going on.

please help !

Check if everything is plugged correctly. Check if the wall plug is loose?

 If it happened a single time it may not be the PSU's fault. Could be anything from a power surge/spike to interference. If it happens repeatedly then it's more serious.
