Need Help Choosing SLI Bridge Length

I want to get an EVGA-branded SLI bridge.  I'll be running two EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti SC+ placed in the two tan PCIe slots on an ASUS X99 Sabertooth motherboard.

 

I don't know how long the SLI bridge needs to be.

 

• 2-way short (40 mm)
• 2-way long (60 mm)
• 3-way/2-way (80 mm, 40 mm spacing)
• 4-way (120 mm, 40 mm spacing)

 

I could wait for the equipment to arrive and measure myself, but I thought I'd see if anybody knew from experience.

If you have the mb already, just measure distance between the pcie slots that you're installing the cards into. It will be the exact distance of the sli connections on the card.

I don't  have it yet.  It's in the mail.  I'm just anxious.  lol
