Disk partitioning troubles...

Hello, I have a old laptop that I recently upgrded the storage on and Its only saying I have 80GB but it is a 500GB drive

How do I get the computer to register the full 500GB

Right click the C: partition in disk management. Select expand and increase it to the maximum size. You should end up with the 384Gb of unpartitioned space included in the C: partition.
