Lol can anyone vouch for it, or can anyone look at whatever specs it has and tell if it is good or not? My budget is less than 90.

Idk what you heard but I have tried one before and it was great quality for the price and my friend has had one for about 5 months now and no complaints. I'd recommend Rosewill or CoolerMaster for your price. I have never seen the one you linked and no, never buy Razer keyboards. It is the worst built thing Razer does. I will link some specific ones I would recommend.
