Idk what you heard but I have tried one before and it was great quality for the price and my friend has had one for about 5 months now and no complaints. I'd recommend Rosewill or CoolerMaster for your price. I have never seen the one you linked and no, never buy Razer keyboards. It is the worst built thing Razer does. I will link some specific ones I would recommend.
