I have recently purchased an 850 EVO SSD and tried using samsungs software to migrate my OS and stuff but it kept getting a defrag error 301400[049958]. Help. What do I do? Should I do a clean install or whatever it's called (if so please tell me how as i have no idea how to do it)?

I would recommend going with a clean install anyway since it gives the ssd a fresh start and theoretically should run a lot better than a cloned copy of your drive. It'll take more of your time, but the extra performance you gain should be well worth it.
