I've been having BSOD problems with my PC ever since I built it, around 2 years ago. I've never found a way to replicate them, which has made it difficult to troubleshoot. As you'll probably see in the reports, the reason is never consistent, which has also made it hard to troubleshoot. And on top of all of this, Minidumps are not always created when I BSOD. I've checked to make sure reports are on, and it still sometimes doesn't make a dump. The frequency of the BSOD's also fluctuate in frequency. I can sometimes go a week or two without a BSOD, but then I'll BSOD several times in one day.

I'll include the full part list below, but for the major parts, ASRock Z87 Extreme4 ATX LGA1150 mobo, i7-4770K (not OC'ed for obvious reasons) with a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus, MSI GTX 770 2GB TWIN FROZR, G.Skill Ripjaws X 16GB (2x 8GB) DDR3-1866, a ASUS Xonar DG sound car, a Corsair Professional 650W 80+ Gold Semi-Modular ATX PSU, a Samsung 840 250GB SSD, and a WD Caviar Blue 1TB HDD. Windows 7 64bit (retail) installed at time of build (2 years ago).

I've run memtest before with no errors, but am willing to run again. I've RMA'ed the mobo and made sure my BIOS is up to date with no change. I've also removed the sound card in case it was the problem, but no change. I'm in desperate need of assistance. I'm not sure where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated. Below are links to my full part list and the zip files for PERFMON and Sysnative.

I took a look at my Event Log and couldn't find anything too major. The Errors that I can see within the past week or so is some Error regarding anti-virus programs (The ScRegSetValueExW call failed for Start with the following error: Access is denied.), and the Error stating the previous shutdown was unexpected (when I BSOD). I also get a Warning sometimes that states, "Custom dynamic link libraries are being loaded for every application. The system administrator should review the list of libraries to ensure they are related to trusted applications." I don't believe this to be the issue and I believe I've fixed it. There isn't anything else that looks the least bit suspicious in the Event Log.
